All jewellery is delivered in premium, protective, and tamper-proof packaging.

Returns & Damages

At ARIYA, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the rare event of an issue, we’re
here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
 Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
 Share clear photos or an unboxing video for verification
Once approved, we will offer a replacement as applicable.
Returns
Due to the delicate nature of jewellery:
 We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items
 Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

 Earrings (for hygiene reasons), customized pieces, and items purchased during sales are
non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
Wear & Tear
Normal wear, tarnishing due to improper care, accidental damage, or water/chemical exposure is
not covered under returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
 Approved returns must be shipped as instructed by our team
 Return shipping charges may apply unless the error is from our side
Refunds
 Refunds, if approved, are processed as original payment method within 7–10 business
