Refunds are applicable only if the jewellery or organizer received is damaged, defective, or
incorrect. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customized items, sale
products, and items showing signs of use are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
